This iconic and rare pair of elephant earrings by the renowned costume jeweller, Joseff of Hollywood, most likely date from c.1940. 

Condition Report:

Very Good - A tiny chip to the coating at the top of one of the faux pearl drops and some loss of coating to two faux pearl cabochons. This is only apparent upon very close inspection and does not detract from the appeal and rarity of the earrings.

Condition Report:

Very Good - Some minor oxidisation to the metal surface underneath two petals. This is only visible upon close inspection and cannot be seen when the brooch is worn.
