This pretty brooch dates from the 1930s and was most likely made in Czechoslovakia.

The Details...

This brooch is constructed from gilded metal. It features etched leaves and three flowers detailed with diamond cut, open-back mounted glass stones in vibrant red, golden yellow, and sky blue. All of the stones are multi-faceted and claw set. Each flower is meticulously detailed with a delicate faux pearl centre. The brooch fastens using a 'C' catch and the pin is fitted to the brooch with a round hinge. The brooch measures 8cm x 3.5cm.
